NOTE: If you’re deploying on Windows devices, please note that you must activate VT-x/AMD-v hardware virtualization support in your BIOS settings in order to run Passages. The Passages installer will automatically attempt to make this change, and may require a restart if this feature is not already enabled.
Connecting to Passages' cloud services requires that the following IP addresses are not blocked by your device or network: 18.104.22.168 and 22.214.171.124. For optimum performance, it is recommended that customers connect to Passages' OpenVPN servers over port 1194 (User Datagram Protocol or UDP). If Passages is unable to connect over port 1194 (UDP), the application will fallback to port 443 (Transmission Control Protocol or TCP). Please note that connecting over port 443 (TCP) may result in degraded network performance.

You will need to establish your network settings to allow Passages to connect through OpenVPN. By limiting all web traffic for Passages through OpenVPN, Passages ensures that your organization's network, infrastructure, and local device information remains completely isolated from your browsing activity, providing the greatest level of security for Passages users.
