Why can't I activate my account?

When you open your user activation email, you will be directed to open a link (Click to Activate) in this email in order to activate your account. This will send you to a webpage where you will set your Passages credentials.

It is important to complete your credentials setup as soon as you open this page. Your activation link is single-use, meaning it will expire after a certain amount of time and cannot be opened a second time. If you open your link and try to come back to it later, you will no longer be able to set your credentials and successfully activate your account.
If your link expires, contact your Passages administrator. They can send you a password reset link email that will allow you to create your Passages credentials.
