In the event that you require a user to reset their password, Passages has a quick process for sending that request.
Locate the user whose password you want to reset on the View All Users page. Click on Settings in the Actions column, and you will open the Edit User window.
At the top of this page next to the heading “Require user to reset password,” select Send Email. This will send the password reset email to your user. Users must reset their password by selecting the Reset Password link in this email before they can access Passages.
Select the Submit Settings button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
